As NetDebit client you have to go to www.netdebit.de

Select “Kunden” in main menu (default start page of NetDebit).

Log in with your customer account number and your password.

Cancel your subscription.

Your subscription is administrated by NetDebit solely. Spermastudio staff is not entitled to cancel your subscription on your behalf.
